Halpern will be teaching a course entitled “The Anatomy of Trial Strategy: The Burden of Proof” to students in the Juris Doctor program at Elisabeth Haub School of Law. Jay C. Carlisle, II Joins CHNN as Senior Counsel August 1, 2016 Veteran attorney and educator, Jay C. Carlisle, II has joined CHNN as Senior Counsel.
